More mixed messages and uncertainty from the Liberals
No wonder nothing gets built in Canada anymore. The Liberals said TMX was “in the national interest” when they used Canadian tax dollars to buy it, instead of enabling the private sector proponent to build it. Now, TMX sits in the hands of a government-created corporation, and suddenly it doesn’t even count? More mixed messages and uncertainty from a Liberal government that has delivered no results.
Of course TMX should be optimized, but so should all of Canadian energy. Pipelines must run in every direction to increase exports and make Canadian energy self-sufficient, self-reliant, affordable, and secure.
