The Canadian Sovereignty Act that will legalize development
Today, Conservatives announced the Canadian Sovereignty Act that will legalize and turbocharge the development and construction of Canadian energy.
This common sense Conservative act repeals Liberals anti-energy laws like the Canadian oil and gas cap, the No New Pipelines Never Build Anything Anywhere Bill C-69, the Shipping Ban Bill C-48, the federal industrial carbon tax, the EV sales mandate, the plastics ban, and the Liberal oil and gas censorship law.
Conservatives are also calling on Mark Carney to approve at least two new major export pipelines, a road to the ring of fire and one new greenfield LNG project by March 14th, exactly one year since Mark Carney became Prime Minister. These are common sense solutions to protect Canadian sovereignty. I’ll be voting for this act, do you think the Liberals will?
